Terms of Service

Clipora AI ("Clipora AI", "we", "us") is a service operated by Maldon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. These terms apply to your use of the Clipora AI mobile apps, web app, and any related services (the "Service").

You need an account to use most of the Service. You're responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your credentials safe, and for making sure the information you provide is accurate.

You keep ownership of the footage, audio, and text you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transform Your Content so we can provide the Service — for example, running the AI edit, generating captions, and exporting the finished video back to you.

You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload, including the right to any music, likenesses, or footage you didn't record yourself.

Don't use Clipora AI to:

• Create content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate real people without their consent.
• Generate sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence, hate, or harassment.
• Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Some features (HD exports, additional edits) require paid credits or a subscription. Prices, credit values, and included quotas are shown in-app before purchase. Free exports and referral rewards are promotional and can change over time. Where applicable, taxes are added at checkout.

Clipora AI uses machine learning to plan and produce edits. Results vary. We don't guarantee any specific outcome, quality, or fit for a particular purpose. Review each export before publishing it.

We may add, change, or remove features to improve the Service. If a change materially reduces functionality you paid for, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you in-app or by email.

You can stop using Clipora AI at any time by deleting your account from the app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, that we're required to close by law, or that have been inactive for a long time.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in the jurisdiction of Maldon Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you a different right.
