Cancellation Policy

Sign in, open your dashboard and go to Subscription, then choose Cancel subscription. The cancellation is recorded immediately with the date and time, and the status on that page changes to "Cancelling at period end". You do not need to email us to cancel.

Cancelling stops the next renewal only. Paid features stay available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. A monthly plan cancelled mid-month runs to the end of that month; an annual plan runs to the end of the twelve-month term.

Where a recurring mandate (e-mandate, UPI AutoPay or card standing instruction) was set up through the payment gateway, cancelling the subscription also stops that mandate through the gateway, so no further debit is attempted. If you see a debit after cancelling, contact us with your order reference and we will treat it under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

There is no minimum term, no lock-in and no fee for cancelling. You can re-subscribe at any time; your saved projects remain in your account subject to our data retention terms.

We may cancel or suspend a subscription where these terms are broken, where we are required to by law, or where a payment is reversed by the bank. Where we cancel a paid period without cause, we refund the unused part of that period.

For anything you cannot do yourself, write to account@maldontech.com quoting your order reference (it begins with CLP-). We acknowledge within 2 working days.
