Use this page to ask us to delete your Clipora AI account and the content associated with it. We’ll email you at the address you provide to confirm the request and, when it’s complete, when the data has been removed.
Before you submit
- Use the same email address you use to sign in — we match requests to accounts by email.
- Deletion is permanent. Exported videos, credits, and referral history tied to the account cannot be restored.
- Some records (billing, fraud-prevention signals) may be retained for as long as required by law. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Submit a request
We’ll confirm receipt by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
