Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard under Subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. We record the date and time of every cancellation and show the resulting status on your subscription page.

Because access is granted immediately on payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. We will, however, consider a refund where:

• you were charged more than once for the same billing period;
• a renewal was charged after a valid cancellation was recorded;
• a paid feature was unavailable for a sustained period due to a fault on our side and we could not resolve it;
• the payment was made in error and no paid feature was used in that period.

Write to account@maldontech.com within 7 days of the charge, quoting your order reference (it begins with CLP-) or invoice number. We acknowledge every request within 2 working days and give a decision within 7 working days.

Approved refunds are processed through the same payment method and the same payment gateway used for the original transaction. We do not pay refunds in cash or to a different account. Once we initiate the refund, the amount typically reaches your bank or UPI account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Refund states shown in your account are: Refund Requested, Refund Processing, Refund Completed and Refund Failed.

If a payment fails, no subscription is activated and any amount debited is reversed by your bank automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
