Overview
Maldon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Clipora AI to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and comparable copyright laws, we respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Clipora AI infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@cliporaedit.com with the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (URL, export ID, or a screenshot).
- Your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may delay our response. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice can result in liability for damages.
How we respond
When we receive a complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who uploaded it. We may also terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@cliporaedit.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a court in the location of your address (or, if outside the applicable jurisdiction, of Maldon Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s registered office), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
After a valid counter-notice we may restore the material unless the original claimant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within the timeframe permitted by law.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users we determine to be repeat infringers.
